Bar & Beverage Packages

Our Bar & Beverage packages cater to any budget, and are the perfect beverage service solution for your wedding, party or event. 

Packages are based on 4hrs (min. booking) and 80 people. Choose a package, and we can easily customise it according to the number of people you're having, and the duration of your event.


Canavan
'Essentials'

All the essentials you need for a fun, fully-serviced mobile bar experience. All you need to do provide the alcohol, and we'll do the rest!

Package includes

Van hire and staff

  • Delivery, set-up and pick-up of The Canavan to your location
  • Bar staff x 2
  • Off-grid power (generator and cable free) for fridges, freezer, sound system, and ambient lighting.

Standard beverage service

  • Pre-chilled bottled or canned drinks (beer, champagne, wine, mineral water, plus anything else that fits in our fridges and ice-boxes)
  • Ice and garnishes
  • Glassware (Wine, Champagne, Water)

Styling, props and decorations

  • The Canavan's essential 'set-up', including plants, drinks menu, ice buckets, and vases.

Package Price: $1250

Note: Alcohol to be supplied by the event organiser.


Canavan
'Experience'

Get a truly unique bar experience, with cocktails and styling included. Choose from a range of specialist drinks such as cocktails, mocktails, punches, or even a (spiked!) slushie machine. You'll also get access to our styling services, and a budget towards bringing it all to life.  

Package includes

Van hire and staff 

  • Delivery, set-up and pick-up of The Canavan to your location
  • Bar staff x 2
  • Off-grid power (generator and cable free) for fridges, freezer, sound system, and ambient lighting
  • Bonus 1hr hire (5hrs for the price of 4)

Special beverage service

  • Pre-chilled bottled or canned drinks (beer, champagne, wine, mineral water, plus anything else that fits in our fridges and ice-boxes)
  • Your choice of up to 2 specialist drinks, e.g. cocktails, mocktails, slushies. Includes costs of all non-alcoholic ingredients such as mixers, homemade syrups, and juices. 
  • Ice and garnishes
  • Glassware (Wine, Champagne, Water, plus Cocktail)

Styling, props and decorations

  • The Canavan set-up to suit your theme or event, including plants, drinks menu, ice buckets, and vases.
  • Styling services, plus $500 towards prop hire, time and materials for your choice of furniture, lighting, greenery, flowers, floor coverings, and tableware.

Canavan
'Top Shelf'

The ultimate Canavan experience! Want to give your guests something to talk about, then our Top Shelf package is for you. The Canavan is your backdrop to a complete pop-up bar, furnished and styled to any theme, serving anything and everything.

Package includes

Van hire and staff 

  • Delivery, set-up and pick-up of The Canavan to your location
  • Bar staff x 2
  • Off-grid power (generator and cable free) for fridges, freezer, sound system, and ambient lighting.
  • Bonus 2hrs hire (6 hrs for the price of 4)

Unlimited beverage service

  • Pre-chilled bottled or canned drinks (beer, champagne, wine, mineral water, plus anything else that fits in our fridges and ice-boxes)
  • The whole bar experience, with cocktails made to order, specialist drink menus designed for your event, plus punches, slushies, tea and coffee, and bar snacks. Includes costs of all non-alcoholic ingredients such as mixers, homemade syrups, and juices. 
  • Ice and garnishes
  • Glassware for all specified drink types

Event design, styling, props and decorations

  • The Canavan set-up to suit your theme or event, including plants, drinks menu, ice buckets, and vases.
  • A bespoke bar area, designed, themed and styled especially for your event. Plus $1000 towards prop hire, time and materials for your choice of furniture, lighting, greenery, flowers, floor coverings, and tableware.

Canavan
'Basic'

'Dry Hire' only. Perfect for Caterers, Venues or other industry suppliers who already have glassware and staffing sorted, or who are looking to hire the van as a prop, event space or alternative service amenity. The 'Basic' package makes drinks or food service fun and easy, and is the perfect experiential addition to your event.

Package includes

Van hire and staff

  • Delivery, set-up and pick-up of The Canavan to your location
  • On-site service manager (Adam) for the duration of your event
  • Off-grid power (generator and cable free) for fridges, freezer, sound system, and ambient lighting.

Package Price: $750 for min. 4 hrs, negotiable thereafter.

Note: All beverage service amenities such as service staff, glassware, ice, drinks ingredients, food and alcohol to be supplied by the event organiser.


Extras

  • Additional hours (van hire with 2 bar staff included): $150/hr
  • Additional beverage service: from $5/head
  • Additional bar staff: $30/hr/staff
  • Additional travel (outside 50km radius of Byron): $50/hr
  • Event services (logistics, coordination, event management and on-the-day set-up: $40/hr
