Bar & Beverage Packages

Our Bar & Beverage packages cater to any budget, and are the perfect beverage service solution for your wedding, party or event. 

Packages are based on 4hrs (min. booking) and 80 people. We then customise it according to the number of people you're having, and the duration of your event.

Need lighting, furniture, greens or props? Take a peek at our selection for images and pricing. We can also source, make, sub-hire or buy in order to create the ultimate bar experience for your event.

Do we cater food? We get asked this a lot. We offer basic bar food such as platters and canapés, as well as festival-style menus. Please get in touch for more information or a quote.


Canavan
'Essentials'

4 HRS, 80 PEOPLE

All the essentials you need for a fun, fully-serviced mobile bar experience. All you need to do provide the alcohol, and we'll do the rest!

Package includes

Van hire and staff

  • Delivery, set-up, clean-up and pack-down of The Canavan to your location
  • 4hrs of bar service with 2 x bar staff
  • Off-grid power (generator and cable free) for fridges, freezer, sound system, and ambient lighting.

Standard beverage service

  • Pre-chilled bottled or canned drinks (beer, champagne, wine, mineral water, plus anything else that fits in our fridges and ice-boxes)
  • Ice and garnishes
  • Glassware (Wine, Champagne, Water)

Styling, props and decorations

  • The Canavan's essential 'set-up', including plants, drinks menu, ice buckets, and vases.
  • 10m festoon lighting for the bar area

Package Price: $1500

Note: Alcohol to be supplied by the event organiser.

EXTRAS

  • Additional service hours (Essentials Package with 2 bar staff included): $150/hr
  • Additional beverage service: $5/head after 80 ppl (Beer, Wine, Champagne)
  • Cocktail beverage service: $5/head (includes glassware and all non-alc ingredients)
  • Additional staff: $30/hr
  • Additional travel time and fuel (outside 50km radius of Byron): $1/km
  • Event services (help with logistics, coordination, event management and on-the-day set-up): $50/hr
  • Rubbish management, removal and recycling: approx $400

Canavan
'Basic'

Perfect for Caterers, Venues or other industry suppliers who already have glassware and service staff sorted. The 'Basic' package makes drinks service fun and easy, and is the perfect experiential addition to your event.

Package includes

  • On-site bar manager (Adam)
  • Off-grid power (generator and cable free) for fridges, freezer, sound system, and ambient lighting.
  • The Canavan's essential 'set-up', including plants, drinks menu, ice buckets, and vases.

Package Price: $800 for 4hrs, $75/hr thereafter
